Fabrication

Our fabrication services now play a key role in complimenting our pumping station work. With the large number of custom-built installations required within the water and waste water industry, ‘off the shelf solutions’ are not always available.

Our fully equipped in-house fabrication facility means we can manufacture items in a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics. We also manufacture large diameter tubes for Turbine and Canister pumps, and pipework fabrications up to one meter in diameter are routinely made within our workshop.

Capacity:
- 750m² workshop equipped with Mig, Tig and Stick Welding equipment
- Two five ton overhead travelling gantry cranes
- In-house experienced engineers and CAD design systems ensuring fabrications are produced to exact customer specifications
- All staff are certified under the CSCS Construction Site Safety Accreditation to work safely on site whilst fabricating and installing equipment
